I have been renting a space here for about a year. Bryan and the staff are awesome. The building parking lot is well lit, and very well-maintained as is the inside of the facilities, including the restrooms and hallways. Rooms have great security and sturdy deadbolts doors.
Paying rent is super easy via their website.
I wish there was soundproofing in between the walls of each studio room but it is what it is, still top-notch!Studios Near You

- Take the W 44th St exit, EXIT 169, toward W 41st St.
- Turn right onto W 44th St.
- Take the 1st right onto Fenwick Ave.
- Stay straight to go onto Junction Rd.

From South East:
- Merge onto I-77 N via the ramp on the left toward Downtown.
- Merge onto I-490 W via EXIT 161B toward I-90 W/I-71.
- I-490 W becomes I-90 W.
- Take the W 44th St/W 41st St exit, EXIT 169.
- Turn left onto W 44th St.
- Turn right onto Fenwick Ave.

- Travel on I-71 N/Cleveland.
- Take the Denison Ave exit, EXIT 244, on the left toward W 65th St.

From the East :
