I have been renting a space here for about a year. Bryan and the staff are awesome. The building parking lot is well lit, and very well-maintained as is the inside of the facilities, including the restrooms and hallways. Rooms have great security and sturdy deadbolts doors.
Paying rent is super easy via their website.
I wish there was soundproofing in between the walls of each studio room but it is what it is, still top-notch!“

Been practicing here for months and I absolutely love it! Spaces stay warm even in the Cleveland winter, facilities are clean and nice, and the rooms sound pretty good! Met a lot of nice people in the halls as well, the sense of community is pretty strong. And mostly, as a drummer, being able to play as much noise as I want at all hours of the day and night is truly pricelessStudios Near You

- Merge onto I-77 N via the ramp on the left toward Downtown.
- Merge onto I-490 W via EXIT 161B toward I-90 W/I-71.
- I-490 W becomes I-90 W.

- Turn left onto W 44th St.
- Turn right onto Fenwick Ave.
